EE Reporting Webinar
Make sure all your EE Reporting ducks are in a row to report on time by 15 January 2024.
After all, not to complete this vital step of reporting on time by the 15th January 2022, makes you liable to pay a fine starting from R1,5 million.
Join us on the 7th December 2023, at 12 noon, to go through all the steps to make sure you have done everything, to report successfully.
Ensure trouble-free EE Reporting and peace of mind before the end of the year.
It is that time of the year again, where designated employers must report to the Department of Employment and Labour, on their progress of EE implementation.
Many small businesses last year extended their EE Plans by one year, in anticipation of the changes coming through by September 2023.
We discuss what we should be doing with our plans, if they expire this year. Reporting implies an underlying process is in place, including a whole list of compliance steps that employers must make sure are in place, before they can report.Join us on the 7th December 2023, at 12 noon, to go through all the steps to make sure you have done everything, to report successfully.Do not be caught off guard in January, not having done your preparation and not being able to report on time. The consequences are too serious and the failure too costly!
The Department of Employment and Labour has taken a punitive stance against companies who report, but do not have a supporting process. Reporting to the DOEL, implies that you have everything in place, including a viable EE Forum that consults regularly, an EE Plan, and have conducted the necessary analyses for both your numerical goals and targets, and any barriers experienced by your staff.
In our online seminar, we will cover:
- How to practically set up on the EE Reporting website and obtain your EE number
- What to ensure you have in place, before you report
- Setting your numerical goals and targets for your reporting cycle
- Key highlights on your EE2 Report; including skills, promotions and terminations
- What to look out for, when completing your EEA4
- Discussing Variable Income
- What reasons to use for income differentials, including an income gap policy
- This workshop will answer all your questions, set you up to report accurately and on time; and not expose you to any compliance risks, should you be inspected.
